 The Oliva Verde Ristorante is located on Old Town Square, in the historic centre of Prague, opposite its most famous monument, the historic Prague Astronomical Clock or Orloj.

The environment of our gothic building, "At the Blue Star", with its Romanesque foundations from the 13th Century will evoke for you the atmosphere of sunny Italy.

On our variegated menu created by our chef Jaroslav Zahálka you will discover fresh fish and succulent meats dishes together with a wide range of pasta dishes. Of course also not to be missed are our traditional Italian pizzas. Lastly, you can enjoy the real Italian tiramisu that is prepared in our own patisserie at the Grand café Praha.

On our Wine List you will find a range of carefully selected wines, enabling you to sample some of each type of varied Italian selection. The list features popular wines such as Chardonnay, Soave Classico and Valpolicella, and also Barolo or Amarone...
